After so many time clashing, finally met up with Peh on Friday! ^-^

Got up pretty early on Friday because I'm excited but was sleepy due to lack of sleep! Prepared and headed to Blogshop Boulevard (Bugis Street, #03-47) at 1pm + to top up FH rack.

Got some Wo Ai Taimei before going up to BB! Woo, Passion Popz! ^-^ Chatted with Cherlyn at BB while doing the tagging and waiting for Peh who overslept!

Met up w Peh at 5plus whereby we were so hungry because I had only a drink and sweet potato fries for the whole day and she didn't ate anything before rushing to Bugis after she prepared! Went Ma Maison for our lunner (Lunch + Dinner)!



First time there after seeing so much raving reviews online and the experience was awesome!

Was pretty lucky as it was quite empty when we reached at about 6. We were served with ice water right after we settled down.

Ordered 2 mains and a dessert to share, didn't order any drinks because we couldn't find any drinks on the menu so it's like the god asking us to save money and drink ice water, lol!


Tonkatsu Pork Cutlet (Can't remember if it's $15.90/$16.90). I think it's the best fried pork cutlet I ever had! It's so crispy and crunchy on the outside yet not oily and so tender and juicy on the inside. Totally don't have the tough texture which pork usually have, feels more like chicken than pork! Comes with a sauce which is very flavorful and enhance this dish even more! Also comes with a ball of potato salad which is really good, very smooth and tasty! Super good!! Definitely going back for more of this! <3


Mentaiko Spahetti ($15.90). Choose this over my usual favourite cream-based pasta because I've never tried Mentaiko dishes before and it was also under the 'Chef's Recommendations'.

Done just nice, not too salty or bland. Quite a big serving with generous amount of prawns and sliced mushrooms. The seaweed topping was a big plus point, goes very well with the spaghetti. I think it's really well done!

We were really full after finishing the two mains but we were still very excited for the dessert!


Strawberry Blueberry Tart! (I think it's $7+ or $8? Can't remember!)

Tart is very buttery, very generous amount of strawberries and blueberries and they blend in very well with the tart. The berries are sweet and slightly sour at the same time, very tasty! It wasn't a big slice but was enough for the two of us! Love it! ^-^

Bill was $46.96 including all the gst and service charges.

Although prices are slightly higher but it's still worth it for the great service staffs, awesome tasty food and dessert and peaceful ambience. Definitely going back for more! :D

Shopped around after the meal and settled at Honeymoon Dessert which Peh recommends at 8pm after almost 2 hours of shopping!

Place was very packed but we were so lucky to get a empty table without waiting, yay! :D

Here's what we had!


Peh's favourite! Very light and refreshing but not the best that I've tried! Great for people who prefer lighter version of Mango Pomelo as Peh said it was a very popular choice!


Very small serving. Pancake with mango cubes and whipped cream but I think it's too much of whipped cream, would be better if it's lesser but mango cubes were sweet so it's not too bad overall!


I think it's my favourite among the 3! Really hot but very shiok! Very thick amount of mashed taro underneath and custard egg pudding on top which tasted like the filling of egg tart with yam paste at the bottom! Very good combination though the serving wasn't big but it's quite filling, most likely due to the amount of mashed taro!

Note: Have to wait for 12 minutes after ordering.

Total bill was $14.50 without any extra charges.

Walked around Bugis aftermath because the shop was so packed, and many others waiting for seats so we didn't want to shamelessly sit down to chat.

Settled down at Burger King after about 1 hour of walking around aimlessly. Was so full but because we wanted a seat so we got ourselves a meal. HAHAHAHA really is eat-die-us.


Also finally got a chance to camwhore after 3 months of not meeting up!



Separate ways home at 10plus but it was a happy day, having nice catch up and delicious food! ^-^
