Finally made some effort to go down to Real Salon (Blk 515 Bedok North Avenue 2, #01-207) to fix my hair after the previous visit which was 2 months plus ago! :O

Horrendous black roots plus annoying fringe length equals an hour+ journey to the East on a Wednesday morning!

Wanted to meet Peh for lunch but she overslept so I went to the salon 2 hours prior to my appointment which was supposed to be 2pm and because there were customers there, I sat and wait while eating my mashed potato and 2 servings of mac & cheese from Astons! HEHEHEHEHE, it was so good especially when I was really hungry at the point of time!


Not the best mashed potato I had but it really filled me up as a light lunch and it was only $2 for a big bowl! ^_^

Started bleaching my roots at 1plus pm as Kelly was working alone but it was alright because I was excited to dye a new color, sick of the faded blonde tone!

Sat all the way till about 6plus in the evening and tada, had my roots bleached, had a new base color and trimmed my annoying fringe and dead ends!

Waited for Peh at a random void deck as we was meeting for dinner at J's Wok & Grill for about 20 minutes and we went into the restaurant without Priscilla first as that girl was fighting the crowds to train back to Bedok!


We ordered first because we were hungry and I was really excited since it's one of my favourite restaurants which I hadn't been back for a long time due to the long distance from my place!

Here's what we had!



Brought back so much secondary school memories where we used to order pepsi float often and after one sip, we make a mess of the table with all the cream flowing out of the cup! HAHAHA!

As I was really hungry so I had the temptations to order everything on the menu and decided to order the Calamari Fritters which I have never tried before from Jwag!

It was a damn right choice I swear! It was so light and crispy, not oily at all! The calamari was easy to chew and with the mayonnaise, OMGGGG it was SO GOOD!!! Serving was really big irl, I was almost half full after finishing them! Totally craving for it now! :S


One of my top favourite in Jwag which should be quickly eaten after it's served because the meat will be tough once it is cold! The coleslaw was really well done too and I ate it all since Peh doesn't eat coleslaw, HEHEHE yay!



AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Super happy and excited when it was served because I had been craving for Jwag's Cabonara for very long already! One of the best cabonara I ever tried!

Was actually deciding between the Cordon Bleu and cabonara, so glad I ordered cabonara to satisfy my months long craving!! It's really sinful because it's so cheesy and creamy which I ultra love it! *dies*

Priscilla came when we was in the mid of our meal as we tried to slow down eating while waiting for her so I psycho her about the cabonara since we both love cabonara and she ordered it! WOOHOO! :D

Our total bill was around $56 if I wasn't wrong, really affordable because the food standard is really high! It was a enjoyable dinner with alot jokes and laughter which I almost puke out my dinner from laughing too much when I'm the one who start all the jokes! I'm really the kind of people who can laugh die from my own jokes! XD

Can't wait to go back again to eat more of the other food on the menu! ^-^

Traveled to the interchange together and took bus 168 back with Priscilla which i almost died after she alighted because the trip home was really long due to jam! I could feel my ass cracking, lol simi sai but an hour plus ride was a little long for me! :(

Another bus trip and lrt trip after reaching Woodlands, fml so I was looking really tired when I reached home around 11plus pm where my mom thought I was sulking because I didn't like my new hair color!

Wrong! I absolutely love it, pictures below! n_n



It has been a while since I had dark color hair because my blonde hair has been sticking with me for around 3 years or so already!

I dyed everything else to my current base color except for my pink highlight from 4-5 months ago which was still lasting! :O

The base color is a mixture of really dark brown, matt blonde and another shade of ash brown! It looks really black on day 1 but after 4-5 washes, it is currently in a shade of dark ash brown which my mom really love it! She told me she wanna cut off my hair because she was jealous of the color, HAHAHA semolan!!

I really like it though and it was a amazing Wednesday with new hair, good food and fun from hanging out with close friends! :)
