Spent my whole Thursday with Cherlyn, for FH shoot and also a really good dinner at Koh Grill & Sushi Bar!

Woke up really early in the morning on Thursday because Cherlyn was coming over to my house at 10.15am so that I could do her make up before we head to the studio for FH shoot.

Ate rice for breakfast and realized it was only 9am so it's camwhore time for me! Hehehe!


Love how my hair color look in pictures though it wasn't fully dry yet!

Fetched Cherlyn from the LRT at about 10.30am and back to home for makeup time and she also got me 2 packets of Cheese Ramen and Lemon Cake for mom and me! Thank you! ^-^ It's very nice to receive things unexpectedly! HEHEHE!

Chat and makeup till about 12pm because most of the time, we were just talking and forgot about the time that we nearly reach late!

Luckily that we got a cab without any waiting time when it's really hard for us to get a cab in my area usually! WOOHOO, lucky us! ^_^

Got some drinks before starting our shoot which lasted for 4 hours as only Cherlyn make it for the shoot, thankful enough for her! Finished at 5pm, packed and 2 pictures at the studio via Cherlyn's phone camera! :)


Not bad right, her make up by me! Was so nervous that I would screw the makeup but I was quite satisfied with it! HAHAHA, shameless.

As we was hungry during the shoot, we immediately went to the coffee shop for stingray after the shoot! YEHET!

Waited for almost 20minutes for our super late lunch at 5.30pm and finally, i saw my love! Stingray BBQ-ed! Hehehe!


The sambal is seriously good but ultra spicy for me since I can't really take spiciness that well! >_< Finished half bottle of ribena straight after finishing the stingray! OMG! Portion and quality was worth the $16 as we got the medium sized one! :D

Took a bus back to my house because we both got car sick from taxi and didn't want to take a cab so bus-ed home with a huge luggage!

Walked quite a distance to the bus stop and was so thankful for Cherlyn who helped to drag the luggage which was a ultimate burden for me!

Listen to our own music on the way back and whatsapp-ed each other instead of talking because the bus was so crowded! Reached home at 7.30pm, put down stuffs and took a bath before we left my house again at 8!

Bus straight to town and some pictures on bus with my phone camera because my camera lens was scratched so resort to using my phone front camera which is quite grainy! :(


Was lucky that the bus wasn't crowded so we could randomly camwhore when we want! Last picture of Cherlyn's face is my favourite because it's her first wink and look almost like Chanyeol's wink in EXO Showtime! Almost fangirl mode on for the wink. HAHAHAHA!

Went to Koh Grill & Sushi Bar at 8.30pm but there was a long queue so accompanied Cherlyn to Pandora to get her charm exchanged before we went back again and this time, there was no queue! YAY!


It was our first time there although I had been wanting to do since monthssssssss ago!

Placed our orders with a slightly hungry tummy that we almost over ordered but luckily some of the items we wanted wasn't available. HAHAHA.

Food was served quite fast after ordering. Here's what we had!


Major yumz! One of my favourite! Sauce was like melted century egg yolk which matches well with the tofu which doesn't have much taste thus, balancing the dish! And look at the generous amount of fish roe! Love it so much that I wanted a 2nd serving. So glad we ordered it to try!


Ramen with soy-based broth, topped with seaweed, char siew, fish cake, spinach, egg and bamboo shoot. Taste wise is average but serving was quite big for just $8! A pity the egg wasn't runny and char siew was abit tough but overall, it's still quite alright!


Above is made up of 2 serving of Salmon Nigiri Sushi ($2.80 each serving for 2 pcs) and 1 serving of Sake Aburi Sushi ($4.20 for 2 pcs) which Cherlyn super love!

Slightly fresher than the usual and size of the salmon was just nice, not too thin! Love it too and can't wait to go back for more!! :D

And after finished everything of the above, we waited for about 5mins for the last dish which was SHIOK MAKI!



We got the first generation which is grilled eel wrapped with Salmon Aburi and the creamy and cheesy sauce is the bomb! I love it so much!!

Although I don't really like grilled eel but I really like this dish, thanks to the sauce which was really SHIOK! And the salmon aburi was definitely a thumbs up too!

Craved for it immediately the next day and I can't wait to go back for more of the Shiok Maki and Pidan tofu! :D

Total bill was $43.45 for the above, including a drink and GST! So good that they doesn't have service charge yet the staffs are already considered nice and attentive though they were really busy!

It was 9.45pm when we left so we practically went home after the dinner as it was a long day and we didn't have anywhere to go already but it was a great and fun day!! :D Always happy when we hang out together! ^-^
