Posted on 25 January 2015 ♥ Woke up at 10am on Friday, having only 4hrs of sleep because Zav always have this tendency to disturb me. He said that I wrapped myself to the neck in a rectangle shape which looks really funny so he have to come and play with me. Hahaha simi lan, am I really that cute? HAHAHA 开个玩笑啦!Felt hungry and we decided to cook for lunch instead of buying food outside because Zav said he have never cook for me before thus, he wanna cook! WAH, touched max! Went to the nearest supermarket for our mini grocery shopping before Chef Zav and Assistant Cyn went back home at 11plus! Peeled and cut some potato, sliced the pork belly and toast the otah fishcake was my job and the rest was done by Zav! Here's our lunch at 12.30pm!  Minced meat w Fried Beancurd, Instant bowl noodle because I randomly have cravings for it but it tasted very MEH, my new favourite Otah Fishcake and Pork Belly w Potatoes! Zav was worried that the food doesn't turns out well since it's been a long while since he last cooked but it was really good and flavorful yet not too salty etc, I LIKE IT! Time to take queue number! :D Couldn't finish all of it at a go so we ate half of it first for our brunch and the leftovers at 4pm in the afternoon after a bath! Spent the remaining of the day fixing nanoblocks because we are random like that! *flip hair* Got some food at the pasar malam for our dinner at 8pm! Shared a bowl of shark's fin soup, a Ramly Chicken Burger, a box of Muah Chee, a stick of Cheese tofu which tasted spoiled, a stick of scallop and my favourite Taiwan Honey Chicken! So damn satisfied although it's super sinful and I grew another kg already! Continued with our Doraemon nanoblocks after our dinner before I went back home at 11plus!

Zav's work got canceled last minutely yesterday so he came over to find me at 4plus before we decided to head to Bukit Panjang Plaza for an early dinner because we don't wanna squeeze with the dinner crowds. Decided on Osaka Ohsho (Bukit Panjang Plaza, #01-36) for our dinner! Was lucky that we went early because there wasn't much people in the restaurant when we reached at about 5pm. Placed our orders through the Ipad and our orders came up really fast which was great! Didn't have to wait for long, YAY!  Ordered a Ice Yuzu Tea ($5.90) and Ice Houji Tea ($1.90) which is a Japanese green tea! Not someone who likes green tea so Zav ends up drinking the Houji Tea! It was even refillable, staff came up to refill the cup when Zav drank half of it.  Our favourite baby octopus at $5.90 and this is really well seasoned! Love it! 
My ChaShu Nabeyaki Ramen Set, $14.90!
Taste is on the lighter side, nothing impressive. Everything was just fine but the vegetable was really quite sweet! Comes with a side dish which we picked Tempura Gyoza (4pcs).  Still not a fan of gyoza although it's their signature dish but it was well fried without being too oily! 
Zav's Chicken Teriyaki Tenshin Han, $12.90!
Comes with the fluffiest egg ever, so thick and fluffy! Same as advertised, major yumz! Also comes with generous portion of Chicken Teriyaki. Overall, it goes well with the sauce that tasted just right, not too salty! No wonder Zav says the meal will suit my taste bud since they are all lighter in taste. 
Mapo Tofu, $7.90!
Surprisingly not spicy at all so it actually suits me well and I quite like it as usual Mapo Tofu would be quite spicy and salty but this is really not spicy and not overly salty either! Not the best meal but still a satisfying one! Total bill including GST and service charges are $58.14! 谢谢ZAV金主请客 because Zav says people who pays are called 金主! Was really full after the meal so we went to walk around! Popular, Daiso but only bought a drink from Daiso, so surprised that I've nothing that I want to buy at Daiso, my $2 heaven! Went to Fairprice and spent like $58 there, getting some groceries! My auntie-ness is really last warning! Went back to my house at about 8plus in the evening which Zav helped me to throw away the annoying dining chairs which the leather were peeling like mad! Thank you B! ^0^ Had wefies after that since Zav have work the next day so we couldn't have our usual Sunday wefies.  Coincidentally in black tees! Still very in love with my hair color, just very indecisive about my fringe! Not sure to leave it which is so damn annoying or back to my bangs!! Chatted a little after that before chasing Zav home at 10plus because he has work really early the next day! Still a happy Saturday spent! ^_^ |
