Peh's 22nd Birthday today and it's 9 more days to my own 22nd Birthday. Time really past so quickly while looking back at my 21st birthday party photos. Wished I could handle my time better from now on.

19 MARCH 2016!
Lunch with Zav at Arnold's @ GV Yishun because it has been quite a long while since I last had it and I missed their piping hot fried chicken so there we went!

Love the fried chicken which standard remained as good as we had it previously! Also love the fried bun which was only $0.50 yet not too oily, really enjoyed the meal although it wasn't super cheap though! 2 sets of 2pcs chicken and 2 drinks was around $19.30 if I didn't remembered wrongly!

Dinner was at my new favourite coffee shop at Yishun with Cherlyn and her bf after our financial stuffs, sucks to be adults at times.

Since Zav has started work after his 2 weeks long MC, time to meet is less often now but we still meet for dinner whenever we could.

25 MARCH 2016!
Zav had cravings for Hokkien Mee when we met for dinner so we went to Bukit Batok for the famous Soon Kee Hokkien Mee.

Wasn't really hungry so I got myself a Tuna Pancake while tasting a bit of Zav's Hokkien Mee!

Still preferred the Hokkien Mee from the coffee shop beside which we previously ate at! Soon Kee's was slightly light flavoured and even with the Roasted Pork, it wasn't fabulous at all. Slightly disappointing.

Tuna Pancake was surprisingly good at $2.20 and was really filling as well!

Walked around the neighbourhood for awhile after the meal before Zav drove us back to his place for my usual weekend stayover.

26 MARCH 2016!
Prata for brunch after Zav's RT! Was soooo hungry because we woke up early and Zav even ran quite some km before he even eat something.

Went to Springleaf Prata at Thomson for our prata feast because I missed their prata!!

It was super crowded when we reached at almost 12pm, decided to sit outdoor instead because indoor was really noisy which I didn't like!

Slightly over-ordered since we were really famished!

Zav's Barley and worst Milo Dinosaur ever! Really watery and loaded with ice which I can barely taste any milo or any sweetness. Meh!

Plaster Blaster ($5) was still as good as we had it previously with runny yolk! Unami-50 ($8) which I have been wanting to try! It's like a Murtabak with Egg, Cheese, Mayo, Chicken Floss and Chicken Luncheon Meat in it, super generous amount of filling but some part at the edge were burnt which was the only down side! It was huge but it was really good and we tried to finish as much as we could, left only 2 pcs!

Special Prata w Milk & Sugar ($1.90), one of my favourite prata is the Tissue Prata, super crispy and also again, HUGEEEEE! Prata Goreng ($5), didn't really liked the taste of it although it is a innovative dish!

Service was super meh but luckily the food was good so yay to a Shiokanana meal!

Went back to Zav's place where we watched a movie online and did some house chores before we went for a short nap till probably 6pm!

Decided to satisfy one of Zav's long time craving for Soya Sauce Chicken so googled some famous ones and we decided to head to the one in Toa Payoh since it is opened till 9pm!

And our dinner at 7.30pm was half a Soya Sauce Chicken and a plate of rice each!

It was $16 for the above which was really worth it since it was really tasty! Even the chicken breast wasn't dry at all, and the sauce was really well done! Zav totally enjoyed the meal and I gave him half plate of my rice since I was full from eating the chicken!

Bill came up to $23.35 including 2 plate of rice at a dollar each, 2 drinks and GST! No service charge but there is GST charges! Also no menu as well which my mind went blank when the staff asked for our order when we sat down.

Overall, it was a great dinner! Walked over to Shrove Tuesday for 2 scoops of ice cream for sharing after the meal and back to Zav's place after that!
