Posted on 03 August 2014 ♥ Spent my Monday with Peh! So glad to meet up often recently before she start her internship which would mean months before we gonna meet next! Third meet ups in a month, WOOHOO!Went for driving lesson from 12pm to 1pm before taking the train down to City Hall to meet up with Peh. Train were so packed, not sure to be thankful for public holiday or not! Lunch for the day was at Marché Mövenpick @ Raffles City, so sad they didn't have the Rosti which Peh have been craving for so we got 2 different crepes!  Peh got the Black Forest Ham Crepe while I had the Roasted Chicken Crepe so we could share! Didn't like the garlic sauce which was in the Roasted Chicken Crepe but overall it was still alright, prefer the Ham one more since it was with tomato sauce! Serving is pretty big and I only ate 2 of the 3 pcs I had and Peh finished all 3pcs and felt like puking from being too full! HAHAHA bad friend Cyn was the one who encouraged her to finish it all. Had Lemonade while Peh had Ice Chocolate! Bill was $47+ including gst and service charges but the meal was really filling!  Walked over to Superbowl at Marina Square after our lunch but it was full so we left our number to be in the waiting list and it was once again, shopping time for Peh! Shopped around for an hour or so and there was a lane available for us, so lucky we didn't walked too far away from the bowling place! Went back after the call in like 5mins and we were so excited like finally getting to play bowling after almost 4-5 years of not playing!  Got lane 13 even though we wanted some corner lanes but oh well, it was so packed so we are happy that we at least got to play! Our first game really makes me cringe! Gutter ball for a few times and our total score was like 66 and 67. >_<   Got the hang of it after a few times and our 2nd and 3rd games were getting better! Happy because we at least got some strikes! HAHAHA easily contented is me! Had fun though I broke 3 of my nails, damn nails too fragile and it really hurts but oh well, it's been a long while since I had fun at a new activity instead of ktv! ^_^ It was $13.50 for 3 games each since it was the public holiday, pretty affordable still because shoes rental was $1 and socks was $1.50 so it was like $16 each! Not a too expensive activity though! Only bad thing is muscle start aching the next day, MEH! Went to accompany Peh for more shopping and decide to have something sweet! LLAO LLAO had too long queue so we went to Gelataria Italia at the City Link for waffle w Gelato! Here's our waffle w Raspberry and Macadamia gelatos!  Waffle was a little too soft, still prefer the outlet at Lot 1! Raspberry was yummy for me, sourness was just right! Macadamia was a little too sweet so slightly disappointing overall! Tried to take wefies in the shop since it was empty but the lighting was really yellowish so just a few for keepsake! :D  Both coincidentally in white! Ha, that's because most of our clothes are like Black or White! Went home at about 7 or so because Peh had internship the next day so she had to go home early to rest but nonetheless, it was still a fun day that I cherish! :) |
