Posted on 25 July 2016 ♥ Been staying home lately, too damn lazy to go anywhere and most of the time, even when Zav comes over, we will eat at home or just order food!Entertainment at home currently other than watching shows online is playing with the Snow App on my phone which Peh recommended! Filled with really cute filters!   Heh, having quite alot of fun with it! 20 JULY 2016! Early dinner with the B at 5.30pm, was having troubles thinking of what to eat and randomly decided to have Korean BBQ! Went for it at Daessiksin located at Orchard Gateway! Was the 2nd group to enter the restaurant because we reached the mall exactly the time when they started the buffet dinner which was 5.30pm.  Had only 1 round of meats because the meats weren't well marinated, most of it was pretty plain and tasteless. Also, really limited choices of meats and cooked food! Nothing really nice that appeals to me so it was a MEH meal. Paid like $58.60 for 2 of us which is approximately $29.30 each. Definitely not worth the price since the food were all pretty disappointing to me. Went to Taka at around 7plus and got my favourite ice cream to share from Azabu Sabo!  We got the Double Berry and Lychee one, both were really good and was only $5.60 for both scoops! Love it max!! Back home after that at 8plus! Posted on 17 July 2016 ♥ 09 JULY 2016! Dinner at home with Zav after his work! Went to Greenridge to dabao our favourite Roasted Duck which has really crispy and juicy skin!  We usually get half a duck to share at $21 and 10% off at $18.90 after using the Kopitiam card. The sauce which comes with it is really the best as well! YUMZ! 10 JULY 2016! Dabao-ed dim sum for breakfast at 9plus in the morning and had our late lunch x early dinner at like 4.30pm with delivery from Umi Sushi!  We got 2 Bentos because the 2nd one would be 50% off so why not! Zav had the Yakiniku Beef Bento ($3.95 after 50% off) and I had the Sake & Tori Teriyaki Bento ($9.70). We also got the Chuka Idako ($2.90) and Lobster Salad ($3.90) to share with 2 half boiled egg which goes really well with our bentos! Whole meal including the delivery charges was $24.95, so full and satisfied after that! 11 JULY 2016! Zav was on MC since he have been sick for a few days already especially on the weekend, so poor thing. We had a simple brunch at Greenridge with Dried Ban Mian for him and Mee Hoon Kuey for me after visiting the doctor. Craved for Chicken Rice and our dinner was it!  Half a Chicken from Bagus at Greenridge at $18. Slightly pricier than outside and each plate of rice was at $1 but the portion was much larger and chicken was good so no complaints! 13 JULY 2016! Met up with Peh and it is like the first meet up we had this year, damn crazy! Woke up early and since we have to postpone our meet up to a later timing so it's camwhore time for me, yahoo!  Went out at almost 3pm and reached town at 3.30pm. Waited for Peh for like almost 40minutes and honestly, got really frustrated because I was hungry but she went missing because she went to find Chateraise at Isetan Scotts but went to the wrong place instead. She also got me a box of cakes which weren't cheap from Chateraise so I felt bad for misunderstanding her.  3 slices of cakes from Peh which were all strawberry flavoured, thank you!!! That makes my breakfast and lunch for the following day! ;D Went to Gyoza Ya at Robinsons Orchard since the outlet is much quieter and at 4.30pm, we are the only ones in the restaurant. Wanted to just get a ramen for myself and probably just share a plate of gyoza but Peh actually went mad and ordered like 3 different kind of Gyozas so we sort of over-ordered! >_<  Yuzu Soda ($5.80) for Peh and Kuri Lemonade ($4.80) for me which had way too strong taste of cucumber which were too refreshing for my liking. Peh's Garlic Fried Rice ($5.80) which Peh said it was a little sick after finishing like half of it. Not a fan of fried rice so I don't really like it either. Pork Ramen ($6.80) which was not bad, shared half of it with Peh! Cheese Gyoza ($5.80), Mentaiko Gyoza ($8.80) and Ebi Gyoza ($6.80)! Personally I like the cheese one better while Peh likes the Ebi one. Also not a fan of Gyoza so I didn't exceptionally likes them! Meal was $52.50 inclusive of GST and service charge. Managed to catch up quite a little during our meal because we were struggling to finish the Gyozas which were actually quite filling. Desserts after that at Artisan Alfredo Gelato at Orchard Gateway at around 6.30pm! Had a scoop of gelato each at $4.50 each!  I had the Mango flavoured one which we both agreed that it was really good! Peh had the Black Sesame one which I didn't tried so I'm not sure about the taste since I don't like sesame! Chatted with our gelato till almost 8pm before we walked over to Takashimaya and got some breads and some snacks back home! Wefies together at the bus stop after like 7 months of not seeing each other before we went on separate ways home!  Bad lighting but at least we still managed to take some photos together after such a long while! We also took some gifs which I quite like it because the effects were really cute! Went back home at 9plus and reached at the same time as Zav so we met at the void deck then home together! 16 JULY 2016! Lazy Saturday as we spent most of the day sleeping because Zav had been lacking sleep during the weekdays! Went to BPP to run some errands for Mummy and we went to Swensen's for ice cream! Was thinking what to order and we just couldn't decide so we crazily ordered the Earthquake which consist of 8 scoops of ice cream to share within the 2 of us! MADASS!  Almost all the ice cream flavours were good! We got the Strawberry, Mango, Durian, Macadamia Nuts, Butterscotch, Cookies & Cream, Salted Gula Melaka and Raspberry Cheesecake! Managed to finish everything which I was quite surprised since Zav isn't much of a dessert person! Damn damn full after that! Bill was $27.54 after all the extra charges! Went to get some groceries before we head home together at around 7pm! Posted on 24 June 2016 ♥ Went out for lunch with Cherlyn yesterday after 7-8 weeks of not meeting up.Woke up pretty early in the morning at 7plus despite having troubles sleeping the night before due to persistent cough and bad flu. Had all the time to eat breakfast and do some housework before preparing myself to head out at 11.30am. Selfies time because it has been quite a long while since I last put on some makeup and take pictures! Love the great lighting from my room's window!  Still loving my bangs that Mummy cut for me because I am lazy to head to a salon for a haircut yet I'm too fidgety to sit down for a hair dye nowadays. Met Cherlyn at Plaza Sing and we went to Itacho Sushi for lunch at almost 1pm because most of the other places are too crowded, with long queues. So lucky to get a table without waiting although it was the peak lunch crowd. Didn't have any craving nor were we too hungry so we just ordered a little to share!  We had the Roasted Salmon Sushi w Cod Fish Roe ($1.60 each) and the usual Roasted Salmon Sushi ($1.50 each). I had like 3 of them and it was damn good, so mega shiok!!! Cherlyn also had the Salmon & Salmon Roe Roll ($6.70) and we shared a Udon w Cod Fish Roe (Hot, $10.50). Tasted pretty good but the sauce would have go better with spaghetti, imo! Also ordered the Cream Croquette ($4) which was really good! Very crispy without it being oily and goes really well with the sauce that comes with it. Managed to catch up quite a bit although our lunch only lasted 45minutes because the outlet is closing at 2pm so we went to pay for the bill at 1.45pm. Didn't finished the udon because we were so full after finishing the rest. Bill was $41.30 including a Orange Juice ($3) I had and the extra GST & Service charges. Went to walk around the mall to digest our food before we went to Ji De Chi at the basement for desserts and continue our catch up session.  Cherlyn treated us to Mango w Glutinous Rice Roll and Strawberry Sawdust Pudding. Not a fan or glutinous rice roll so I finds nothing special about it but Cherlyn thinks it's not bad. The strawberry pudding tasted more like frozen snowflake ice cream which didn't have much taste on its own. So great that it was quite empty after the lunch crowd so we could stay there to talk for around 1.5hrs. Love long talks with Cherlyn who understands what I wanna express, glad for good friends like her whom always make an effort to meet me despite her overwhelming appointments. Dabao-ed some desserts back home for Mummy, bought a box of rice from Tori-Q for brother before heading home because Cherlyn had to rush to another place for her appointment. Some wefies before we parted way at 4.30pm!  Yay to our good hair day! Bus-ed home after that and so glad to head home early because I was major sleepy from the lack of sleep. 3 more days to Zav is back, miss my playmate! Posted on 17 May 2016 ♥ Last weekend was pure celebrating of Zav's birthday which falls on Sunday, so lucky that he didn't have to work on both days of the weekend and even managed to get an off on Friday since he only ended work on Friday morning.14 MAY 2016! Both of us woke up early and had fried rice for breakfast before we went to Bukit Timah for collection of Zav's birthday cupcakes around noon. Went to get some breads from Oishii Bakery at Beauty World Centre and their bakes were amazingly good although the bakery looked pretty old. It was raining heavily but we still managed to head to Bukit Timah Shopping Centre which was right beside BWC because Zav had an umbrella. Gone was my black velvet flats which was so damp and hurts my feet like hell, regretted not wearing a pair of slippers instead. Collected the cupcakes from Goobycakes at 1plus before we got a bubble tea each, went to Mummy's workplace to pass her some breads before we took the bus back to Zav's place!  Customized 3 of it in Crayon Shin Chan and 3 of them in Charmander designs, all in blueberry flavours. Not a fan of fondant cupcakes but they are too pretty to resist. Dinner that night was at The French Table (Northpoint Outlet) at about 7pm plus! We managed to get a table without waiting and right after us, the crowd started to Q and there started to be a queue soon after we were seated.  Grape Cooler ($5.80) for Zav and Peach Cooler ($5.80) for me, not a fan of fizzy drinks so it was really just flavouring + soda water to me yet Zav is a big fan of them. Let him drink because it was his birthday eve, usually I would control his fizzy drinks consumption.  Mac & Cheese ($8.80), arrived probably 10minutes after ordering. Mushroom sauce base with cheese, pretty good but I wished there was more sauce and cheese! Overall, it's quite delicious!  Confit de Canard ($22.80) which we waited for additional 10-15minutes even after we finished the Mac & Cheese but it was worth the wait! Really crispy skin with tender meat which would be better if it was juicy, well flavoured. Mashed Potato was a plus, really smooth and goes well with the sauce that comes with it. Bill was $50.85 inclusive of all charges and the meal was really filling, worth it! Zav went to cut his hair after that while I went to walk around on my own and bought some durian puffs and snacks before we head back together. Zav opened up all his cards and gifts that night, and 70% of his present, probably last week so nothing to suprise him already, spoiler! 15 MAY 2016! Actual day of Zav's birthday and I woke up at 10plus since I couldn't get to sleep the night before and only ended up sleeping around morning. Managed to leave house together at 11am, although we planned to leave house at 12pm but since we were both hungry, might as well! Reached town at around 12pm and we went to Tanuki Raw for our long awaited lunch! Been wanting to try them since quite some weeks ago. Although it was really crowded, we managed to get an table without waiting, YAY!  I had the Iced Honey Lemon ($5) which was really quite sour for me and Zav had the Lychee Fizz ($5) which was pretty good!  Foie Gras Truffle Yakiniku, pan-seared foie gras, US black angus short rib, onsen egg, truffle soy, black garlic brown butter over Tanuki's signature mixed rice ($19.90). The one that we have been wanting to try, foie gras was really soft but tends to get a bit fishy when it was slightly cold so best eaten when it's served! Zav loves the onsen egg, total fan of runny egg yolk! Beef short rib was good but not the best, mixed rice goes well with all of them so it was so worth the hype about it!  Salmon Kaisen, a mix of salmon sashimi, aburi salmon belly, cubed spicy salmon, mentaiko seared salmon sashimi and ikura over Tanuki's signature mixed rice ($12.90). The rice actually tasted a little like sushi rice, probably due to the generous servings of salmon on top of it. This is major shiok, could have another bowl of it without rice! Bill was $50.40 inclusive of all charges! Worth it max, prices if for 1130am to 3pm only though, their lunch hour promotion. Walked around town because we was so freaking full after the 2 bowls of donburi! Went for bingsu at 1plus, at O'ma Spoon (313 Outlet)! Such a long while since we last had bingsu, missed it so we went for it!  Had the Very Berry Bingsu to share, and the portion was huge! Service was fast though, managed to get our bingsu 5minutes after ordering. Ice was really milky soft, totally how I want my bingsu to be. Can't remember the exact price, either $15.90 or $17.90! Zav K.O-ed after eating like 1/3 of it and I managed to finish the rest on my own! Champion at eating desserts! Took our time to eat and left the place at 2plus! Went to *SCAPE to walk around and took some wefies even though my hair was shit.  Been quite awhile since we last took some wefies and Zav's new hair was really cute, like some small boy which I kept laughing about it. 凶不起来! Managed to spend our time walking around till almost 3plus then we head to Cineleisure for our movie which we have booked on Friday night! Captain America:Civil War!!! Entered the theater 10minutes before it started with a drink each from the food stall of the cinema and some smuggled Caramel Popcorns from Garrett, damn sweet but really fragrant! Also bbq Chicken from Wo Ai Tai Mei. Damn shiok! Couldn't go for dinner as planned after the movie ended because we were full from eating throughout the movie so we decided to head home instead since it was starting to rain! Managed to got on bus because the rain got heavier! Our dinner was a simple one at Greenridge where I had Duck Noodle while Zav had his usual Dry Ban Mian! Satisfying meal at 8pm! And that's how Zav's birthday weekend went, simple yet we had alot of good food! HEHEHE! Posted on 12 May 2016 ♥ Just one of the night whereby I didn't want to lie on the bed and use my phone so here I am, updating this space. Pretty good to have something to do when I'm feeling so moody and frustrated now. Mood swing has been really crazy since yesterday, didn't really want to speak to anyone, sigh.07 MAY 2016! Eve of Mother's Day and Zav came to fetch me after his work so we can head to get some cakes for Mother's Day. Went to Westgate and decided to have our late lunch and early dinner at almost 5.30pm. Decided on CoCo Ichibanya for our meal because it has been quite a long while since we last had Japanese Curry!  Favourite Wagyu Beef Curry ($18.90 minus $1 for less rice), meat was slightly more rare than when we used to have it but it was still good and the curry was still damn awesome! LOVE IT!  Pork Cutlet Curry ($12.90 minus $1 for less rice), really crispy pork cutlet that wasn't too dry! Good, as always! Also had a Apple Juice ($2) while Zav had Mango Peach Juice ($2.50) and the bill was $40.35 including service and GST charges! Worth it because japanese curry craving so satisfied!! Went to the basement of Westgate to get some breads from Imperial Treasure Bakery and some cakes from Chateraise @ Isetan.

 Mixed Berry Cheese Cake ($4.70) for Zav's Mama and we got the Legendary Cream Strawberry Cake ($5.10) for us to share. Also got a Korean pancake from the stall at Westgate's basement which tasted a little like Japanese Pizza but I like the Korean's more! Walked over to Jcube since we parked there and also went to one of my favourite bakery, Yamazaki and got some bread as well. Not much choices left since it was around 7plus already. Managed to buy some baos from the bao shop opposite Rive Gauche at Jcube's basement.  Got the above Liu Sha Bao which looks really cute yet tasted really good as well, even when it is cold already when we eat it around 11plus pm. $1.50 each only and we also got 2 Chili Crab Bao at the same price and also tasted fabulous! Drove back to Zav's place after that with lots of stuffs because I passed him 2 big bags of stuffs for his advanced birthday's gifts! Went to fetch Mummy back from work at 10pm to pass her Mother's Day bouquet and cake before we sent her home then back to Zav's place again! 08 MAY 2016! Wanted to go for Tzi Char at Hougang at 3pm with Zav's family but it was closed and will be opened at 4.30pm. Google is a lie so since Zav and I haven't eaten anything since morning so we decided to drive to NEX for a late lunch and early dinner at 4pm! A-One Claypot House was our choice since Zav's parents prefer chinese food. Managed to get a table easily even though the mall was crowded since it wasn't the peak dinner time yet! Here's what we ordered!  Hotplate Clam Abalone Noodle ($14.90), pretty big serving which comes with quite abit of clam abalone! Tasted pretty good as well! Sweet & Sour Pork ($18.90), delicious! Really appetizing and sweet, less of the sour section! Deep Fried Scallop w Creamy Salted Egg Yolk Sauce ($22.90), not a fan of scallops nowadays but it was still good! Stir Fried Kailan ($11.90) which Zav's papa said it was abit burnt. Beancurd w Chai Po HK Style which Zav's sister wanted, the chai po was really salty but the beancurd itself was good though! Teochew Style Steamed Sea Bass ($18.80), it was for the Mother's day promotion so it was $18.80! Soft and no fishy smell at all so pretty well done! Overall, the meal was super filling and they even gave 6 Longevity Buns for Mother's Day which every one had 1 except for me because I was soooo bloated. Bill was $151.85 including 4 drinks, 2 Bowls of Peanuts, 2 Plain Rice and 5 Wet Towels + all the extra charges. Zav's treat as usual! Drove back to Zav's place and nua abit till 8plus before we went to Rail Mall for a short dinner, Hainanese Curry Rice from E.A.T which tasted really bad, prefer the one from the outlet at Seletar Mall! Went to fetch Mummy off work before we went back together then Zav drove back home after that. Posted on 06 May 2016 ♥ Went out with Cherlyn 2 days ago, on a Wednesday.Met up with her although we met like a month ago for my birthday treat from her because I wanted to pass her advanced birthday gifts for her birthday since I'm intending to clean up my room so doesn't want it to get dirty. Met up at FEP at 12pm and we took a bus to Boufe Boutique Cafe @ 308 Tanglin Road, Singapore 247974 for her advanced birthday treat from me. Managed to get a corner table because it wasn't crowded when we reached at 12.45pm! Food and drinks were served pretty fast after we placed our orders.  I ordered a Iced White Peach Tea ($5.50) because I was craving for something sweet and the weather was so terribly warm!  I had the Salted Egg Yolk Crayfish ($21), comes with 3 pcs of crayfish and generous amount of salted egg yolk. Crayfish was a little dry but the sauteed mushroom made up for it, one of the better ones around! Overall, an 8.5/10!  Cherlyn had her favourite Smoked Salmon Croissant ($19) which comes with really huge slices of smoked salmon, definitely worth the money! Cherlyn loves the croissant as well so overall, it's a great dish for her! Spent some time chatting and catching up on our lives and thoughts till probably almost 4pm whereby I takeaway 3 Citron Tarts ($5.50 each) because Mummy likes them before we left.  Bill was $66.55 inclusive of 10% service charge. Affordable because I was soooooo full after the meal! Walked out of Phoenix Park and took a bus back to town where we went to the basement of 313 to have some drinks! Cherlyn treated me to a Chocolate Ice Blend with Vanilla Ice Cream from Tsujiri Tea House while she got a Matcha drink + Matcha Ice Cream!  Not a fan of Matcha so I didn't try hers. The ice cream serving was huge, probably half of the cup! Pretty good and surprisingly, really filling as well! Got a text from Zav after he ended work that he can come over to fetch me and also send Cherlyn back to her bf's house since my gift to her was really bulky! Walked to *Scape and bought a drink from Zav from Wo Ai Tai Mei before we took some wefies while waiting!  Finally some wefies from Cherlyn's phone since I was too lazy to bring my camera, with the hello kitty bouquet which I gave her! Miss my bangs, can't wait to go back to trim my fringe! Zav made a wrong turn and ended up waiting for us at the open carpark opposite Triple One Somerset so we walked there and Zav sent Cherlyn back before we went for his favourite Soy Sauce Chicken for dinner! Since we was already at TPY, we went to Lee Fun Nam Kee at Blk 94 Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #01-04, Singapore 310094 for our dinner!  Had the half chicken ($16) to share and a plate of Chicken Rice ($1) for Zav because I was actually still really full from the chocolate drink earlier on so I just eat some meat, to accompany Zav for dinner. Also had a lime juice each which I also couldn't finish since I had the freezing cold drink earlier on. Service was fast since there wasn't much people when we reached at 6plus and bill was $22.45, including GST charge! YAY, really affordable! Zav sent me home and stayed at my place till 10plus whereby he have to return to work and work the whole night away, poor thing! :( And that is how my Wednesday went, which is a little more happening than usual! Posted on 24 April 2016 ♥ Zav just sent me home and went to the airport to catch a flight for his work trip which is gonna be a 13hrs flight away, damn crazy but oh well, work is work!Been quite awhile since we have been apart due to work trips, his last trip was probably last year but it's okay, we can do it! 12 APRIL 2016! Zav accompanied me to run my errands that day in town during his rare off day on a weekday, after a tiring overnight work. Went for a little shopping at the Korean Supermart @ Pomo before heading to Just Acia for our lunner (Lunch + Dinner) at 4pm+! Been years since I last dined at Just Acia and it was a great choice to have our lunner there since the food portion are always huge and free flow of ice cream and drinks, what's there more to hiam about! Here's our food which was served pretty fast after ordering, probably because we went at a non-peak hour!  My Grilled Chicken Set w Cheese ($9.90), tasted a little like Baked Rice due to the cheese on top! Pretty good and I also added a additional Chawanmushi for $1.20 which was quite nice as well! Satisfying meal!!  Zav's Herbal Chicken Soup Set w Prawn Roll ($15.90), we also added a side of Spinach Tofu @ $2.90! The herbal soup was quite nice, and not too bitter while the chicken was really tender! Omo, yummy! After a really full main meal, we had 2 rounds of ice creams & yoghurt! Seriously, too damn shiok and the whole meal was just $32, inclusive of GST! No service charge somemore, OMG!! We went to buy some snacks at Plaza Sing after our meal to digest our food then head back to my place! 16 APRIL 2016! Went for a early dinner at a Indian eatery near Zav's place because I was so lazy to walk to Northpoint and we couldn't decide what to eat thus, it's a random decision to have our dinner at the Indian eatery! And our dinner at 7.15pm!   My Bandung w Ice Cream and Zav's Milo Dinosaur which looks more like Ice Milo w Whipped Cream!  My Beef Burger w Fries which was $5, not bad and the fries were really crispy yet not too oily so it's pretty good! Zav had a bowl of Tomyum Noodle which I didn't take a photo of but it was also $5! Whole meal added up to only $15.50 and it fills us up! YAY! 18 APRIL 2016! Had an doctor appointment and Zav took leave to accompany me to the doctor's! #BestHusbandAward Woke up really early although our appointment was in the afternoon so we went for breakfast at McDonald's at 8am+! Had a really shiok Big Breakfast Deluxe and Chicken McMuffin to share, damn filling and satisfying! Bought some stuffs and went back home to nap for an hour before we head out to the doctor's. Reached early so we waited for about an hour before it was our appointment time and we head for a late lunch at Five & Dime Eatery at 3pm! Wanted to bring Zav to try before the place stopped operation.  Shared an Apple Juice ($7), really freshly squeezed and on par with the one we have at Batam!  Mentaiko Pasta ($18), Zav's pick! Very generous amount of mentaiko and although portion looks small, but it is pretty filling! As good as usual!  Mac & Cheese ($15). My new favourite from Five & Dime! Generous amount of cheese and lobster meat! So sinful yet so good! Zav thinks it's quite nice too! Bill came up to $47.10 inclusive of the service charges and GST! Worth it because the food are really good and service is fabulous as well! What a pity that they are stopping operation soon! Took the bus back to town and we randomly decided to head to Shaw House to walk around! Bought some bread from Johan, a bento box for our dinner from the fair at Isetan and cakes from Chateraise!  Really light and spongy Strawberry cake which I can't remember the exact name! Shared it with Zav and we both likes it!  Strawberry Tiramisu for Mummy which I didn't get to try also! Head back home after that and that's how our Monday went! Posted on 22 April 2016 ♥ 08 APRIL 2016!22 already, feeling really old like why does time past so fast? Woke up at 7AM (local time), met up with Zav and Mama at our room at 7.30am after all of us freshen up. Went for the hotel breakfast which I didn't actually ate much, probably a slice of Sweet & Sour Fish and 2 mini hotdogs. Didn't really have appetite that morning and the food available didn't appeal to me so I didn't eat much! Went back to our hotel room at 8plus, bathed and nua in the room till Zav came over to hang out then insist to bring me out to get some food since I didn't ate much for breakfast. Our mothers rested in the room while both of us walked all the way to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall in the morning and reached at probably 9plus but it was closed so we could only get some breads from the bakery opposite the mall and walked all the way back to our hotel! The weather was a killer, both of us sweated like hell, regretted bathing before heading out. Some wefies since we made an effort to put on lens to take some pictures, been quite a long while since we last took some wefies together! Miss the time when we were less lazy and more hiao!  Super love the Tsum Tsum Tee which Zav got for me, soooooo cute omo! Checked out from our room at 11am, settled the check out stuffs with the hotel and the tour guide came to fetch us at 11.15am and off we went to pick up another group of tourists from another hotel before heading to the ferry terminal. Our ferry was supposed to be 1.50pm but the guide managed to get for us a earlier timing at 12.40pm. Once we reached, went for toilet break then we have to rush to the departure hall already! Was on time and while waiting for our ferry, Zav brought me to get some small snacks from the duty-free store. Also managed to get some Magnum ice cream for all of us at like 66,000Rp for 3 sticks, shiok! Reached SG at around 3pm after a 45minutes ferry ride since our ferry boarding time was slightly delayed. Cabbed back to Zav's house as I have to collect my birthday cakes in the evening while Mummy took a cab home on her own. Start to unpack when we reached Zav's house and here's some really cute cookies that we bought at Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall for 40,000Rp per box so we bought 2 boxes.   Tasted not bad as well, surprisingly! Started to pack the clothes from Zav's old cupboard to the new wardrobe which Papa Soo made for us! Super hardworking on my birthday please! *pats shoulder* Headed to Yishun MRT to collect my birthday cakes at 6pm which I ordered from The Miniature Cake Shop with Zav! Bought cakes from them for a few times already and always satisfied with my orders! Heh!  The Mini Cakes was 6 for $32, bought them to share with our 2 mothers! My favourite would always be the Strawberry Shortcake ones, one of the best that I've ever tried! Very light!  Nutella Macarons which the owner gave a box of 6 of it to me, didn't know about it until we reached home! Thankful since I just mentioned that I bought cakes for my own birthday when she asked what occasion is the cakes for.  Got 2 of the NEW SMBC Cakes at $12 each, 1 in Salted Caramel flavour and 1 in Cookies & Cream flavour! These are my own birthday cakes which I got for myself, size is around 3.5inches each! Shared with Zav at night and 1 of it was already to make us feel super full, very dense and flavourful! Slightly sweeter in taste but overall, it is good! Totally love the Cookies & Cream one!  Mini Chocolate Tarts which I got for Zav's sister for her birthday since it was 2 days after mine! Went for my birthday dinner at Senjyu, Northpoint! A Japanese restaurant that I have been wanting to try and Zav brought me there, yay!  My drink which I can't remember the name was something like fizzy Strawberry Milkshake, quite nice but makes me craves for sour drinks after that. Had Salmon Aburi Sushi which I have been craving for, sooooo long since I last had it! I miss going to Japanese buffet! Also had the one with Mentai, damn shiok! Our usual baby octopus and Inari Egg Mayo Sushi! Had the grilled beef slices which was really good, tastes like medium done and it really do melts in your mouth! It was really delicious!! Some Agedashi Tofu which we ordered, serving was pretty huge but taste was average! Also had their Maki which was loaded with melted cheese, Zav was total in love with it but it was alright to me since I hate the amount of garlic on top of it. Zav's drink was some Strawberry x Lemon Fizz, as usual! Bill came up to around $82 after GST and service charges! Affordable since the food were all pretty good and service was quite fast as well! Thanks B for the treat! <3 Went to get Koi before we walked back home! Continued with some throwing of Zav's old cupboard etc and cleaning up his room and storeroom together with his parents after we reached home at 7plus. Done everything around 11pm whereby we bathed and finally I get to open Zav's present for me at 11.55pm!  It's a handmade explosion box, shocked but very grateful since Zav put it so many sleepless night for it despite his busy work schedules! Thank you B! <3 <3 <3 That's how my 22nd birthday went and I'm glad it was a happy day overall! |
