Another waffle date with mom yesterday, 2nd time of the week for waffles! ;D

Went to restock for FH at Star Vista and Jem before heading over to Westgate for Griddy Gourmet Waffles (3 Gateway Drive, #B2-K12 Westgate, Singapore 608532).

So glad it wasn't too crowded at about 2.45pm so we could get a table easily!

Waiting time for our food to be served were pretty short, around 5-10minutes after we placed and paid for our orders! Obviously my treat since I was the one who suggested it and I was totally excited when it's about waffles!

Here's what we ordered!


Drink for mom but I had a sip and it was really quite good though I don't really like chocolate! Chocolate taste is really rich yet not too bitter nor too sweet! Just nice! And mom says it's good so it should be good because she's pretty picky in her food/drink. Most of the time she will just say OKOK only! So yeah, recommended!!


The criss-cut fries served along with the waffle was so good?!?! Really crispy and not too oily too! So sinful yet so good!

Chicken thigh was slightly dry but the sauce made up for it! Overall, everything matches well and it's really filling for barely $8!


Super cute to have it served in a pan! Waffle were really good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would have been better if we finished it before the gelato melted which cause some parts of the waffle to be soggy! Gelato is really light and goes really well with the waffles and blueberries!

Generally, I love it and would go back to try the other flavours especially the strawberry one! ;D

Total bill were $23 inclusive of the service charge and 7% GST. Pretty affordable because it's really filling and waffles were really yummy as well! Service staff were also friendly which I love!

Shopped around Westgate for a little while after our brunch to digest before getting more food and head home! ^_^
