Get to fall asleep only after 4am so I woke up really late, around 12pm+! >_<

Bathed and went to take the metro to Wufenpu, 五分埔 for our brunch and some shopping since we didn't eat anything since waking up!

We took the metro till Hou Shan Pi Station (後山埤). Exit 1, walk straight along Zhongpo North Road to the intersection of Zhongpo North Road and Yongji Road. Wufenpu starts on the left. It's the largest clothing market in Taipei and the area is nearby both the TRA Songshan Station and Taipei Metro Houshanpi Station!

Most of the shops are opened after 1pm so being there around 2pm was good because all the shops were opened already!

Settled down at 林记, at Wufenpu, the small row of food stalls for our brunch!

Had a portion of Smelly Tofu (臭豆腐) and Fried Oyster (蚵仔煎) to share which was 50NT (SGD2.15) and 55NT (SGD2.35) respectively.

Super generous amount with the sauce which I super love it! The Fried Oyster was so crispy, tasted so good especially when it's piping hot! Definitely a 4.5/5! 0.5 off because we are still searching for the best 蚵仔煎!

臭豆腐 which was wayyyyy better than the one we had the previous day!

It's super well fried and drained off the oil after frying so it wasn't oily when we eat! Sauce was quite nice, at least it doesn't have the rubbish chute smell! The 酸菜 goes very well with the tofu so overall, it's a very enjoyable dish!

It started raining when we were almost finishing the food so the lady owner asked if we wanna sit near the temple to finish up the food but we just quickly finished up and went into shelter!

Walked a few rounds in Wufenpu because it's a really huge place but didn't get to buy much because it was really inconvenient to shop around with the rain coming on and off.

Got a pack of Sweet Potato at NT50 (SGD2.15) from an old lady selling it because she was trying to promote to us as there wasn't much people since it was raining. The grilled sweet potato was quite good, very naturally sweet! Forgot to take a photo of it though! >_<

They do have really pretty shoes at Wufenpu but most of them are till size 39, as usual! U_U Didn't managed to get any footwear but mom got herself a white top which the quality was quite good but we only realized it was defected when we went back! Just a small stain and a small hole though, oh well but it was really quite pretty at only NT200 (SGD8.60).

I got myself a really long checkered shirt which is till the knees but I liked the material and checks so I bought it despite that it was NT490 (SGD21). Also got myself a checkered shirt in blue which is shorter from the same shop mom got her top at also NT200 (SGD8.60)

Didn't managed to get anything else since we didn't see anything to our liking! I did saw alot T-shirts that were super pretty but I am a fan of long tees so didn't get them, regretting it now!

Walked over to Raohe Night Market (饒河街觀光夜市) from Wufenpu at about 5+, so thankful for one of the shop owners who told us the way when we was looking at the maps for quite a while under the rain!

It was about 3 traffic lights and 800m away from Wufenpu, not exactly near but walkable!

TADA!! Found it after a 15mins walk from Wufenpu!

Had to takeaway food back to hotel because it was raining quite heavily, feels very bad for stall owners when the weather is so bad lately cause they would lost alot business like that.

Didn't buy much because it was hard to walk while sharing umbrella so I practically walk in the rain while buying food!

Took a cab back from Raohe Night Market because mom was complaining that her legs were breaking after walking the whole day so it's our first cab ride in Taipei!

Unfortunately got stuck in a jam so it was NT305 (SGD13) when we reached our hotel after a 25mins cab ride. The cab driver kept jerking and braking throughout the ride which was pretty bad thus causing a really bad headache all the way!

Went to the convenience store before heading back to our room!

Here's the food we got from Raohe Night Market for our dinner at 7+ in the evening.

Some sort of baked shells in a few flavours but we got the Original, Thousand Island and Thai Style Spicy. It was already cold when we started eating but still tasted not bad! It does really contain flesh of the shell seafood and quite filling! 3 was for NT100 (SGD4.30)

Not sure what is it called but it wrote 菜燕 on their signboard but it isn't jelly! It's like mochi with fillings! We got a box of the mixed one at NT50 (SGD4.30) which consist of 5 flavours; Red Bean, Green Bean, Honeydew, Yam and one more which I can't remember!

Not really my kind of food cause I'm not a really mochi person so I ends up eating the filling only! >_> HEHEHE!

Saw the same shop (老芋仔正芋头酥), just different outlets at Raohe Night Markets which also sells the fried yam which I ultra love it! ! The outlet at Raohe have the cheese flavour which the one at Shilin doesn't have so we got one of the cheese flavour, one with just the egg yolk and one with the egg yolk and pork floss! NT75 (SGD3.20) for 3 pcs of goodness which is still good even when it was already cold!

The cheese was supposed to be melty but it was cold when we reached the hotel but should be damn good when eaten hot! The one with egg yolk and pork floss is still unbeatable in my heart! #Faithful HAHAHA!

One serving of angus beef at only NT60 (SGD2.60)! Super worth the money because the beef slices was still very tender and juicy even when it's cold! Confirm super shiok to eat it right after ordering it!

Caramel pudding from the Family Mart which I can't remember how much was it! Not bad but not super good too! Still love the normal fruit jelly from Family Mart!

On a side note, the convenience store doesn't provide plastic bags no matter how many items you buy, one bag will cost NT1 if you need it so it's best to bring your own bag if you wanna get a few items at the convenience store.

Took a break in the room and watch the TV before heading to bath and then went to Shilin Night Market at about 10pm because mom wanna eat 鸡扒 which we have yet to try during the trip!

It's our 3rd consecutive night to visit Shilin Night Market because it's a really walkable distance away from our hotel! Not sure to be happy or not though, fatdieus!

Bought 鸡扒 from this stall instead of hotstar which we have it in SG too.

Definitely a queue for yummy food but we only had to queue for about 10mins before it's our turn!

Their method is frying the cutlet first before dipping the fried cutlet into a sauce then start grilling them! Their sauce was seriously good and the chicken was really tender and juicy! Tasted good even when it became cold when we start eating it!

It was 70NT (SGD3) for a chicken cutlet. Just have to tell them if you want it cut and whether you want spicy or not. For us, we ordered one spicy and cut! Super yummy for real! *-* One of the best chicken cutlet I've ever eaten!

As usual, takeaway the rest back to hotel after having a bite each to eat with some other food!!

Shopped around Shilin Night Market but didn't buy much because we wasn't hungry at that point of time so we went back with a few bags of food at about 11+ pm! Good thing about night markets is that they operate till really late, about 1-2am so no worries if you are hungry during midnight!

TADA, the doesn't look good but taste like heaven chicken cutlet!

Seriously craving for this now!!!

Also bought a stick of Fried Milk (炸牛奶) at NT20 (SGD0.85). It was the stall along the same row as the chicken cutlet stall.

The lady owner was very polite and nice to every customer, the way she spoke was super gentle! She will advise all her customers to bite a small bite instead of putting the whole piece in the mouth because it's super hot. One of the more friendly stall owner so far! ^-^

It tasted like fried custard balls which is not bad because most of the fried stuffs in Taiwan that we've eaten are not really oily despite them being fried. Outer is crispy while on the inside, it's very melty and warm! Not really my favourite kind of food but it's really not bad! 3.5/5 especially when the owner was so nice despite us only getting a stick!

Also saw this stall selling fried yam which is from Raohe Night Market but they have a stall in Shilin too and being a yam-lover, we definitely bought it!

We got the Egg Yolk & Custard (爆浆芋), 2pcs for NT50 (SGD2.15) and the stall owner was also very friendly and recommend it as it's their top seller!

Skin was very thin and crispy, yam was a tad too little as compared to the fried yam that we had from 老芋仔正芋头酥 but it was very unique to have the filling which was like the filling of liushabao!

I finds that the Liu Sha didn't really matches well with the yam but was still good if you eats them separately!

Didn't get to buy much stuffs, other than food but was still good since we get to go other night market and explore Wufenpu! Plus the day was filled with really delicious food which makes me BELLY happy! ^_^
