One of the longest time which I left my little blog dead like that for around 2 weeks. Started work on a new job since the 15th of this month and have been working almost everyday! Today is like my first official off day and having sufficient sleep is mega shiok!

Finally tried the Charcoal Waffles w Salted Egg Yolk sauce with Mom on the 13th at FATCAT Ice Cream Bar (Blk 416 Bedok North Ave 2, #01-25 Singapore 460416).


We had the gourmet waffle which was the charcoal waffle at $6 without icecream thus, we added a scoop of Pistachio ($4.50) and Raspberry Sorbet ($4.50) to our waffle! In total, it's $15 for the above.

The waffle was very crispy on the outside yet spongy on the inside. Taste wise, I would prefer original waffle as I don't really like the charcoal 'taste'. Overall, their waffle is really good!

Pistachio ice cream is really solid, super strong taste of pistachio and super nutty, mom likes it! I prefer the Raspberry Sorbet because it's so sour and goes well with the waffle.

Their waffle w Ice Cream is really worth a try!


Went to the airport on Tuesday after 9 consecutive days of work to fetch Zav because he has been away from SG for 17 freaking days.

Dinner with Zav's parents at 6plus in the evening and we had Tzi Char at 717, Zav's papa's treat!


Fried Kailan! A little too oily and too salty but my first time trying deep fried vegetable!


Salted Egg Chicken which was really good! Anything with salted egg makes me happy! :D



Been almost 3 weeks since I last sat down and had a meal with Zav and his family. Was so full after the meal, guess we over-ordered! >_<

Also got a box of Pineapple pastry from Zav's sis as she went to Taiwan during Mid-March! Surprised but thankful! :)


This is really good! The pastry had this really fragrant eggy smell which I love and the filling wasn't too sweet as well! Super yummy and made me miss Taiwan so much, can't wait to go Taiwan soon!


Also went to USS for the first time with Peh yesterday which I will update about it soon as there's too many pictures!
