Mom had Laksa at the airport after we checked in our luggage and after she was done, we went to McDonald's for my Nacho Fillet-O-Fish! Zav was there to accompany us till we had to go off for our flight which was scheduled at 1.50am!

It was a 3hrs+ flight and we reached the Hong Kong Airport at 5plus in the morning. Passed the custom and bought our bus ticket to somewhere near the Airbnb apartment which we rented at around 6.20am.

HKD33 (SGD$6) for each ticket!

It was so freaking cold in the morning and I have the balls to wear just a t-shirt and shorts, shivered like mad, no joke!

While waiting for the bus to arrive...

Probably 50mins ride to the Prince Edward area, met up with our host to get the key as the apartment that we are renting is only available after 10am so we just leave our luggage at the host's house.

Went for breakfast at Toast Box located at Moko (新世紀廣場), probably around 8am!

Pretty empty when we went but starts to be crowded after we ordered.

Hot milk tea for mom!

Kaya and Butter Toast for mom too!

My Pork Macaroni because my stomach wasn't well in the morning so I wanted something warm. 2 Eggs for mom, thought it would be half-boiled egg but the sunny side up came instead!

Can't remember the exact amount but it's probably around SGD$16 for the whole meal or so.

Ate really slow since our apartment would only be ready after 10am.

Left the mall at 9plus, went to the host's house to rest till 10am and we walked over to our apartment with our luggage!

And here it is!

Beautiful view from 27th storey high! ^-^

It's a studio apartment which we booked for 4 nights at SGD722, around $180 per night. Not the cheapest but the location was great, near to the MTR, also lots of eateries around us. With very stable wifi and they have all we need in the apartment too. Good enough!

Unpacked abit before we went for a nap from probably 11plus till 4pm! Damn shiok as we didn't get to sleep much on the plane.

Went out for our really late lunch at 5+ and decides on a Japanese restaurant which I didn't took notice of the name!

Mom's Mango Ice Blend!

Mom's Spicy Chicken Don!

My Passionfruit Ice Blend!

My Fried Beef Udon!

Comes in really huge portion but I still managed to finish it because it was so delicious! It was Wagyu beef, very well fried, so tender and juicy with right amount of fats! Really good!

Can't remember the total but it was probably around SGD$30 for the whole meal. Food in Hong Kong isn't exactly cheap so every meal we have, probably exceed SGD$20!

Went to walk around at the Ladies Market which was at a really walkable distance from our apartment and managed to get some stuffs although it weren't cheap.

Dinner at almost 10pm at 海景粥店 ( 旺角亞皆老街105號地下).

Sliced Fish Congee - HKD25 (SGD$4.55) and Huge Youtiao - HKD11 (SGD2)

Congee was really smooth, with lots of fish slices and tasted really great as well. Youtiao was well fried without being too oily and goes the best with the congee!

Grilled Pork Chop - HKD16 (SGD$2.90)

Slightly oily but still very tender and really worth the price!

Hot Soya Milk - HKD8 (SGD$1.45)

Comes in a bowl instead of usual cups, very smooth and is really one of the best soya milk ever!

Fresh Shrimps Cheong Fan - HKD27 (SGD$4.90)

Slightly disappointing because the ricesheet was so thick! Only good thing was they are really generous with their filling, great amount of shrimps!

Was so freaking full after that so we walked around for abit before heading back to our apartment!

Here are some of the stuffs we bought for the day!

Penguin Passport cover for the B and me because it's so cute! Got it at HKD50 for both which was around SGD$4.50 each! ShinChan Luggage Tag for the B and the rest of the luggage tag for my cousins and friends as all of the luggage tags were really cute! Couldn't resist getting them! Managed to get 8 for HKD100 (SGD$18.20), thanks to mom who could speak Canto! Woohoo!

Snacks from one of the snacks shop, they have really quite a few snacks shop with unique snacks that are worth buying!

Gummies and Popping candy for the B and Mango Pocky for my Peh!

Bathed and just stayed at our apartment to watch TV till around 2am! ^-^ That marks how our Day 1 was spent!

First time to Hong Kong and I still prefer Taiwan because the food and stuffs in HK are way pricier, only thing was that the air tickets to HK is cheaper. But still, YOLO and at least I visit HK before!
