Posted on 13 August 2015 ♥ 3 weeks since I last update and having my off day today while Zav is working so I have the time to update!22 JULY 2015 Dinner with Zav after his work at the coffee shop opposite my block!  We had Chicken Rice and Shredded Chicken Horfun which Zav queued quite awhile for because there's quite a long queue due to the slow staffs. Chicken rice was pretty meh but the Horfun was pretty good and comes in a huge portion! 26 JULY 2015 Breakfast with Zav because we managed to woke up early so we went to the McDonald's near his house at 9.30AM and was so sad to know there's no more McGriddle! Can't remember the last time I had McBreakfast!

Went back Zav's place to clean up his room before we went to Mos Burger at Northpoint to have our late lunch at 4.30pm because we had random cravings for rice burger!   Went back Zav's place and had dinner with his parents probably around 7plus! 27 JULY 2015! First day of my new job and I reached the place almost an hour early, wtf.  Had Beef noodle during my break time alone which sucked big time! Work wasn't too bad, just new to everything! Zav came over to look for me after my work at 8pm and we had dinner together! So happy to see him after my 1st day of work which I was worried yet excited for!

Zav accompanied me home after that despite having no cars and he have to take a late bus home after I got home. Thanks so much b! 29 JULY 2015 Had ice cream from Seventh Heaven, 2 scoops for 8 bucks after my work and man, it sucks so bad!  We had the Strawberry Field one which was really bitter and Magical Grape was alright but overall, still not worth the money! 30 JULY 2015 Went to Newton Food Centre with Zav coming over to fetch me after work and we had our late dinner together at almost 11pm!  Had the Roasted Duck Rice with Curry which was really good, at $5! Thai Seafood Vermicelli and Thai Fish Cake at $12 was good as well! Satisfying dinner! Zav drove me back home after that! 31 JULY 2015 Ended work later than usual because we had to count stocks etc on the last day of the month and OT is no pay, fol! Dinner with the B at almost 11.30pm at Mr. Prata! Felt so bad to make him wait for me to end work!  Maggie Prata at $4.50! Prata was good but the certain part of the maggie was tasteless while certain part was too salty, not well mixed. Boo.  Tissue Prata with Cheese, $3! Love it, tasted really good but would prefer it with sugar coats or milk on it! Would be even better!  Chicken Cordon Bleu, quite nice but I totally love the fries! Super well-fried and not oily and I can't stop snacking on the fries! Can't remember how much it was though, should be $8.90 or $11.90! 01 AUGUST 2015! Off day from work as I don't work on the weekend, yay! Zav had to work so we only got to meet around 3-4pm after his work and we went for dinner at Seletar Mall for A-One Claypot House! Queued for probably 15minutes or so because it was so crowded at a Saturday evening! Ordered first before we got a table and we managed to got a bigger table although there's only 2 of us since we are the last in queue! Don't know to call us lucky or not.  Our drinks were served first! Forgotten what they were named but mine was Kiwi Apple while Zav's one was Blueberry with Longan, I think! Not bad but not a fan of fizzy drinks as usual!  4 dishes just for 2 of us, gluttons! 'Jiang Nan' Style Noodles, $13.90! Really good, very flavourful and the noodle was slightly crispy with lots of mushrooms, meats and other veg! Underneath all is a layer of egg, yumz! Salted Egg Pork, $19.90! Quite nice but wished the salted egg taste was stronger! Chef's recommendation was the Salted Egg Pumpkin at $12.90 or $13.90, can't remember it exactly but it was such a disappointment! Pretty much tasteless, I would rather eat sweet potato! Honey Chicken was good, $17.90! Sweet and really delicious, very addictive although it have the sesame seeds which I hate the most! Bill was $70+ but most of the food were pretty good and most importantly, served fast! Was really full after that but still, dessert time! Had the yoghurt gelato from Pick Me Up at the basement of Seletar Mall! There's a promotion of 2 scoops for the price of 1 so our 2 scoops was only $4.50! Hiphiphooray!  Raspberry which was really sour, I major love! And the Salted Caramel which was super caramel-ish! Both were really good!! Back to Zav's place after that! Spent the night together just chatting about alot of random stuffs till almost 6am! 02 AUGUST 2015! Our off day together so we could spend the whole day together and we woke up at probably 10am so we could got 3-4 hrs of sleep! Headed to Seletar Mall at 11am for our brunch which was the curry rice from Let's Eat which we have been wanting to try! Here it is, our brunch at 12pm!  Zav had the Pork Cutlet Rice while I had the Pork Belly Rice, both were drizzled with curry and braised sauce, mega shiok! Total including 2 drinks was only $11! WOOHOO! Walked around before we head back to Zav's place and took some wefies because it has been a long while since we did so!  Went to nap after that till probably 5plus or 6 whereby we decided to head to Seletar Mall again for our dinner! Seletar Kids weekend! Queued for 20minutes or more for a table at Songfa Bak Kut Teh, also placed our orders first before getting our table! And here's our table full of food at 7.15pm!  Everything was pretty good but the Braised Meat, Kou Rou was exceptionally good! Bill including 2 drinks was only $36+ because there was no service charges. Went to walk for a bit and bought some breads before Zav sent me home! |
