Another impromptu dinner date with Berlin last Thursday! Berlin brought me to Hong Ji Claypot Bak Kut Teh (19 Marsiling Lane, #01-329) to try their herbal version of BKT!

Here's what we had!


We ordered a 1-pax Bak Kut Teh, Pig Trotter and our favourite Fen Chang (Pig Intestine) and 2 bowls of rice for $16! Very affordable, yay! :)

The pig intestine was good, very flavourful! Taste were just right, not too salty too! ^0^ Pig Trotter were average, meat wasn't exactly tender which I would prefer!

It was my first time trying herbal version of BKT! Personally prefer the white version which is the more peppery type! The herbal taste wasn't strong enough so it was a little bland for me! Meat wasn't very tender as well so it wasn't so much to my liking but I still appreciate Berlin who introduce me to try it out! ^_^

Went to walk around Causeway Point since it was only 7pm when we end our early dinner!

Decided to have dessert at Gelare! Super happy because we went to have Ice Cream Waffle, so long since I last had it! WOOOOO HAPPY! :D


 It was $14.60 inclusive of the extra charges. Pretty alright because the waffle were quite okay with the delicious ice cream! We had the Macadamia Nuts and Strawberry flavored one, ultimate YAY because both are my favourite! WOOHOO!

As we have no plans to go anywhere else so we went back to my home for Berlin to do her homework till 10pm while I watch my Running Man! HAHAHA!! #SorryImSoBoring

It was a really short day out but it was well-spent! Quality time with good friend who bother to ask me out :')

Just a random update of my current hair color which is about around ash brown color with slight green tone!
