Finally feeling alot slacker nowadays after the ROM event is over. Didn't get a wedding planner since all we wanted was just a simple ROM so we had to get everything ready ourselves but luckily the day went not too bad!

16 FEBRUARY 2016!
Start of Zav's leave in preparation for our ROM and we head to Lai Lai Taiwan & Casual Dining @ City Square Mall for our lunch at 12.35pm after collecting our car for the week!

It wasn't crowded although it was lunch time so we got a table fast and also our food fast!

Had a main each and a side to share! Here it is!


Braised Pork Rice, $8.90! Closest one in SG that tasted like the ones from Taiwan except that the meat is larger in size here. Honestly, it's really good!! Totally wants to go back to Taiwan for another getaway!


My favourite Braised Pig Intestine, $5.90! Not the best in SG but not too bad, lighter in taste and not too salty so overall, it's quite alright!


Japanese Curry Combo Rice, $10.90! Closest curry taste to the one we love from Coco Ichibanya but the meat were a disappointment! Very tough and dry, the only one that were good was the Tempura Prawns, very light and crispy yet not too oily!

Had a drink each and my mango juice was free since it was the lunch promo or so! Zav had a Lychee Freeze which tasted damn good and was only $3.90! Total bill came up to just $34.85, very affordable since most of the food were quite good and the service was really fast!

Went for an appointment at the hospital in the afternoon before heading to Bedok to get some dried goods and lime juice for mummy then head back to my place to put all the stuffs down!

Went back to Zav's place to stayover for the night after hanging around at my place for awhile. K.O pretty early!

17 FEBRUARY 2016!
Zav drove us down to Bedok Interchange to have our breakfast at 10am before we head to the salon to dye our hair!

Dabao-ed some food for Auntie Kelly and Jim before we head to the salon (Blk 515 Bedok North Ave 2 #01 - 207 S460515) at around 11.30am!

Waited till around 12.30pm before it was our turn and we managed to complete all the bleaching and dyeing at around 5pm! Oh my butt!

End result of my hair after bleaching the bottom part of my hair and then dyeing it blue, green and purple! Also got a base color of matt blonde, didn't trim my hair since I was scared of looking toot on the big day.


It has been sooooo long since I last dyed all these crazy colors and also been months since I last dyed my hair as well! In love with it!!

Zav got his hair dyed blue and it was really nice!! *fangirl*

Had our late lunch and early dinner with my favourite Herbal Chicken Soup at a Chai Chee Coffee Shop! Damn satisfied!

Went shopping with Zav after that before he sent me home around 8-9pm and that's how the long day went!

18 FEBRUARY 2016!
Can't remember exactly what we did for the day except the major checking and packing of stuffs for the next day.

Will do another post on the ROM day because too much pictures!! Skip first!

20 FEBRUARY 2016!
Wanted to head to Phoon Huat for the warehouse sale but the queue was totally insane so we skipped that and went to Clementi Mall for lunch at 12.30pm!

Settled down at Crystal Jade Kitchen for our meal!


Had the 3 meats platter which was some measly slices at $28.80++, Dry Prawn Wanton Mee at $9.80++ and the only nice food was the Sweet & Sour Pork at $18.80! Rest were just meh and too salty, also what i call overpriced food!

The pork was nice but 4 small pieces was around $20 after the charges etc. Not worth it!

Bill came up to around $79 inclusive of 2 drinks and the extra charges. Just an overpriced meal which I didn't enjoy since most of the food didn't taste good to me.

Went to shop around before heading back!

Back from a really fun Taiwan trip with the B, downside was I was really sick when I was back. Just slightly better now and I have already started working yesterday and so glad I managed to survive!

16 AUGUST 2015
A day before we left for the airport, we decided to dye and cut our hair at my favourite Real Salon!

Appointment was at 12.30pm and we reached Bedok early since we managed to wake up early so we head to Bedok Interchange to have our brunch!

Love the newly renovated hawker centre because it isn't as stuffy and hot as before.


Simple meal but so satisfying! Had a bowl of shaved ice each after our main and we head to dabao some small snacks to the salon to eat while we dye our hair! Also bought some food for Kelly and Jim-ge!

Managed to got our hair dyed red and have my hair and fringe trimmed! Zav also managed to get his bad hair fixed which screwed up when he went for reservist, thanks Jim ge! Yay yay and we head to Bedok Mall after that for our early dinner!

Decide to dine at Canton Paradise at probably 5pm and here's what we ordered although I wasn't hungry at all!


2BBQ Combination ($18.80) which we picked Roasted Duck and Roasted Pork! Both were really good but wished their sour plum sauce was better! Fish Skin w Salted Egg Sauce ($7.80), very generous portion and really crispy as well with distinctive salted egg yolk taste but really too salty for me. Tofu w Salt & Pepper ($5.80), very well fried without being oily but still a little too salty for me!

Prawn and Mango Fritter ($5.80), my favourite! One of the best Prawn & Mango Fritter around!

We actually ordered Xiao Long Bao and Liu Sha Bao but took really long time and wasn't served because the kitchen didn't receive our order so we canceled our order for that and ended our meal with 4 dishes and 2 drinks @ $52.73 inclusive of all charges.

Went back to Zav's place after that because both of us were so sleepy since we woke up early yet we slept really late the night before.

Some wefies at 6+ with our new hair even though we could K.O anytime!


Literally K.O after that till midnight 12 and we decided to head for supper at CCK 302 as Zav is sending me home!

Still tasted really good as before! Yumz!

Zav sent me back at around 2AM and eventually, we decided to just get some of the stuffs which I need to bring over for Taiwan and head back to his place so we could really pack everything together the next day!

Woke up at 8am because there was renovation work going at Zav's block and water supply to cut off at 9am but turns out, whole day also got water what! WTF.

Zav went out and bought our brunch when he came back! I had Mee Hoon Kuey while he had his usual Nasi Lemak!

Went to pack our luggage after our meal because we are just intending to bring a big luggage with all the smaller luggage or bags in it!

Had our dinner at around 7pm which was a packet of maggie each because I was so lazy to head out to eat!

And while waiting for 9pm to come so we could leave for the airport, random wefie time!


Left Zav's house at 9pm and managed to reach the airport at 9.30pm or so and there was already long queue of people for check-in when the flight was at 12.45am!

Received a giftpack each when we check-in, yay! Lucky we didn't purposely head down to the Taiwan Tourism Board in SG before the trip!



Consist of a pouch like the above, map, a Octopus card (Taiwan's Ezlink Card) and some Taiwan recommendations brochures in the giftpack!

Decided to eat at Subway before our flight since it's a pretty long flight of 4.5hrs!

Also our first time eating Subway together because we didn't order ourselves before! HAHA! Suaku!


Zav had the Turkey Ham with Wholemeal or Multi-grain bread, can't remember! With Cheese, Lettuce, BBQ Sauce and extra Egg Mayo ($1.20) and it was really yummy!

I had the Teriyaki Chicken with Hearty Italian, my favourite bread from Subway! With Cheese, Lettuce, BBQ and Honey Mustard Sauce and extra Egg Mayo ($1.20) and extra Tuna ($1.20). Super big sandwich but damn shiok!

And we got a meal so 2 cookies for us! ^_^

Zav, the poor boy was having diarrhea so he just went in and out of the toilet in the airport but we still managed to take some wefies while waiting for our flight!


And it's BYE SG at 12.45AM! ^_^

Just got back from Hong Kong yesterday and I'm so happy to be back in SG! Food in Hong Kong are really much more expensive than in SG and most of the people we met in HK are really unfriendly! :( So glad to be back in SG after 5 torturous days in HK!

So much to do after being back with my house being in a mess after my 21st birthday celebrations and so much stuffs to be unpacked and packed nicely. And there's so much photos to be uploaded from my 21st and my HK trip, really need to manage my time better!

Finally get to try Eighteen Chef at Bukit Panjang Plaza (#02-19) with Zav on the 28th of March!

Didn't had to wait and got a table immediately though it was a Saturday, damn lucky! Food were pretty disappointing, I would say.


Mushroom Soup which was from Zav's meal add-on and it was served cold and tasted very meh too! Boo!


My Salted Egg Yolk w Prawn Pasta which was for a limited time only. It was $15.80 and comes w a Lemon Tea. Sauce was very creamy but a tad too spicy which overwhelm the salted egg yolk taste!


Zav's Japanese Curry Beef Rice ($13.80). Beef was quite nice but I didn't like the curry and the potatos and carrots were really quite hard too.


Raspberries & Vanilla Ice Cream Waffles at $7.50 and this gotta be the best from our whole meal! Waffle isn't crispy neither soggy but tasted really great and goes well with the generous amount of raspberry sauce!

Went to NTUC to get some of my party needs like paper plates, plastic cups etc. Also went Daiso to get some decoration stuffs which Zav paid for all. >_<


Breakfast the next day with Zav at the market near his place.



Had Zav to accompany me to Yishun MRT to collect the cakes that I have ordered at 3plus in the afternoon that day.


Bought 2 boxes of the above and had 4 complimentary Tiramisu from the owner, WOOTS!

One box was for Peh's 21st birthday and another box to share between Zav's and my family! The naked cakes were really good! Bought them at $29 per box from @theminiaturecakeshop on Instagram! 


Next day, Monday was Peh's actual birthday but since she had her own birthday celebration the day before and on the actual day, she didn't have anything on thus, she came over to find me for a dinner at my workplace!

Started work at 3pm and had my dinner break from 7-8pm to have a dinner with the Peh!

Here's what we ordered!


My favourite Truffle fries so far, the Bearnaise sauce is so addictive and shiok with the fries being really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!


Very well roasted with the chicken being so tender and easy to cut, sauce compliment the chicken really well too! Damn good!


Grilled to perfection and meat was just right, not too tough!

Was so full after sharing the 2 mains and truffle fries!

Told my managers that it was Peh's actual birthday and they gave her a complimentary brownie with candle plus a Asahi Black Beer! Even sang her a birthday song, so glad to have them being so kind towards Peh!

And the birthday girl!


Had to start working after my break ends at 8pm but Peh stayed till 9plus just to see me work! Felt so guilty but yet happy to spend her birthday with her!

Peh went back home at 9plus with the box of cakes that I bought for her, also a big bag of gifts! :D


Had a day off from work the next day, Tuesday (31 March).

Made my way down to Real Salon to dye my hair since the previous hair dye session which was more than 10 weeks ago.

Also cut my fringe because I'm sick of the awkward fringe length plus long fringe really makes me look older than usual so back to bangs again! Heh, I'm so fickle minded yet such a boring person in the end!

Dyed a Ash Brown because I didn't want to bleach and had my lower part of hair dyed red too!

Yay, done all the updates for March and dreading to post about my birthday because there's more than 100 photos to upload!

Brand new month yet not a month that I'm looking forward to, so not looking forward to this Sunday especially. Zav will be on a worktrip for 17 freaking days, FML. :( Oh well oh well, just have to cherish the free time we have this week yet my annoying period have to come, why?!


Zav came over to my place last Saturday after his course and reached around 2pm or so with lots of things for me as usual! My favourite fruits; Strawberries, Grapes, Blueberries and my favourite Yuzu Tea and Honey Aloe Vera and he even got me a big pack of frozen prata in case I gets hungry when he's away because initially, he was supposed to leave for his trip today but got delayed. Not sure how to feel about the delay because it's 2 additional day on top of the initial 15 days but we will have more time to spend together before he leaves on Sunday. 

Had our lunch together after unpacking the stuffs that he bought, into the refrigerator.


Oven-baked all the supposedly-fried food because it's healthier, I guess. Had Chicken Cake, Chicken Nugget, Thai Fishcake and some Chicken Balls. Boiled some Xiao Bai Cai and Crabmeat as well and had a bowl of wanton soup and that makes our lunch!

Used the computer for awhile after lunch and randomly decided to book movie tickets and we got 2 tickets for a midnight movie, Ah Boys To Men 3 at GV Yishun!

Had some small chats and I broke down crying like some fag when he asked about my previous blog post. Couldn't really take the sudden news and it's gonna be like 2 weeks plus without Zav which is gonna be the longest that we are gonna be apart and couldn't even be sure if there's wifi or reception...

I swear that was the first time I really cried out loud infront of Zav, 羞羞脸. Lucky I didn't had makeup on or I would have turned into a Panda.

Decided to make some French Toast after that because I got hungry after crying too much, wtf. HAHAHA!


Didn't taste as good as how it usually was. Guess mood does affect the outcome of the food.

Prepared and packed my bag before heading out to Bukit Panjang Plaza at 6pm+ to deposit some money and shop for Zav's safety boots. Went back to his house aftermath for him to bath and change.

Rested for a little till maybe 9plus and we went out to have our dinner at the coffee shop near Yishun MRT which was a little too early since our movie starts at 12.30AM.



Had Chicken Cutlet while Zav had Chicken Chop w Spaghetti so we could share.

The coleslaw was really nice and so regretful that the serving of it is really small. Overall, It was really quite nice although it's unhealthy to have dinner so late but once in a while, it's fine!

It was only 10plus when we finished our meal so we went to walk around and fed alot mosquitos before we head to the cinema at 12AM.

Waited for another 20minutes or so before we could go into the cinema, waited for quite abit till 1AM then the movie started!

It was our first movie together because both of us seldom visits the cinema. The movie was great as well, really funny and worth the money and us sacrificing our sleep because it ended at 3.40AM.

Walked back to Zav's house after the movie ended and bathed because we had quite a bit of mosquito bites. Zav K.O at about 4.30am and despite being so sleepy, I could only get to sleep at 7AM plus. Me and my weird body.


Woke up at 11am and we practically nua on the bed till maybe 1pm, until Zav told me that he was hungry so we had some fried Mee Hoon Kuey that his mama cooked for our brunch!

Didn't eat much because I didn't had any appetite surprisingly because most of the time, I am hungry right after I woke up.

Cried again after lunch, seriously don't know what's wrong with me. Troublesome me with my crazy hormones.

Bathed around 4pm and head out for our early dinner at around 5PM.


Had a set of 2 Piece Meal each which consist of 2 pcs fried chicken, fries and coleslaw. Wanted to change mine into 2 coleslaw, without the fries but I think the staff didn't heard so Zav's meal also got changed to 2 coleslaw, without the fries! :S


Still tasted as good as how it usually was although I prefer the main outlet at City Plaza. Also had a drink each so the bill came up to around $18+.

Went to shop for Zav's boots at Northpoint before we head to buy some travel necessities for Zav's work trip and head home around 7plus!

Decided to cut Zav's hair after we reached his house because he asked me to which I kept thinking that he's kidding because his hair is like his life until I became his life. HAHAHA, turn one round to self por.

Shaved the sides and back of his head, didn't cut the top of his hair because we didn't have the scissors like the salon kind at his house so we decided to leave it. 

End results after making a mess of hair at his kitchen which he had to throw away a T-Shirt and the kitchen cloth because there was so much hair stuck on to it. Also so much hair on the toilet floor when he bathed, so much troubles for saving a $10 but it was so much fun yet slightly stressful for me.


Had minor accident in shaving the back of his head but the end results is still not too bad, I guess since it's from the no-license stylist Cyn. HAHA!

Spent an hour plus just shaving his hair and cleaning up the mess and some wefies time aftermath!

No makeup or lens because it was already 9plus at night so I was lazy to put makeup and lens on just to take pictures but not much chances left to take wefies if we do not do so now!


Tears still ends up falling after taking some wefies. Shit, I must be mad. Sigh..

Zav accompanied me to wait for bus home at around 10plus and head home with a swollen face and a pair of swollen eyes. It wasn't supposed to be like that.

Been a little packed for the past week thus, the lack of updates and lack of time to spend with Zav.

Thai food for lunch with mom on one of the days last week! Tofu & Pork Ball soup which standard drops drastically despite almost 20mins wait, Tomyum Tanghoon for Mum and Omelette to share which goes very well with the tomyum soup!



And some wefies with mummy last Tuesday because the last time we took pictures together was actually on my birthday last year!

Not sure why mum was being so random to ask for pictures together, guess she's happy with the new top that I bought for her! :D #MummyBribery


Thank you for always supporting me in the things I like to do even though it's so terribly risky.


Spent yesterday with Zav, like finally a whole day to ourselves because for the whole week, we didn't even get to meet much due to our schedules clashing.

Glad and very thankful for Zav whom spent hours waiting for me on Friday night despite the terrible delay which caused him to wait for almost 6 hours yet no complains from him! Felt really guilty because he had work the next day, Saturday and only had less than an hour sleep, all thanks to me. >:(

Woke up early yesterday because it's a busy day for us!

Some selfies after preparing, without my hair washed because we were heading to the salon later of the day and I didn't want my scalp to hurt during the dyeing thus, no washing of hair!


Zav came over at 11+am , had a little lunch together at home before he sent me to restock FH racks at all 3 outlets. Was shocked when the vehicle gave us some problems on the way while he sent me to the 3 outlets but glad that the car could last us the whole day. 谢谢你小白 :D

Got some of my favourite food for us to snack on while on the drive to Bedok for our hair dye session! Strawberry Paris Brest from Beard Papa, very shiok Chicken Popcorn and Sweet potato fries from Wo Ai Taimei and some yakitori from Tori-Q! SO GOOD and satisfied!!!

Reached my favourite Real Salon (Blk 515 Bedok North Avenue 2, #01-207) at 2.30pm, waited for awhile before it was our turn!

Great to have Zav with me while dyeing hair because we could accompany each other while having small jokes here and there!

Had our hair done at 7pm before Zav drove me to auntie's house for me to run some errand before bringing to Sheng Siong to buy some stuffs that mom asked me to buy. Most troublesome award goes to me yet Zav did all these without any complaints which I'm really grateful for.

Couldn't decide where to eat so we decided to head back to 511 Bedok North Hawker for our dinner at 8pm which was opposite Real Salon!

So lucky to find a table even though it was so crowded and had our wanton mee arrived first, after 10-15mins of wait. Bobian, peak hour is like that!


Shared it while waiting for our other food to arrive and it's not bad!


Food from my favourite Ngoh Hiang stall after almost 40mins worth of wait! So worth it, $7.20 worth of happiness with Sotong Youtiao, Breaded Fish Fillet, Ngoh Hiang, Fried Popiah and Taiwanese Sausage. And the sweet sauce totally good and goes well with the fried stuffs.


And 10 sticks of mixed Chicken and Pork satay marks the end of our dinner!

Love how hawker food are affordable yet so satisfying. Less than $20 in total and I was oh-so-happy! *pats tummy*

Zav drove us back to his house after dinner which ends at 9plus and we reached his house at 10plus! Had our usual Sunday wefies with our new hair! I got a more towards purple kind of purple red for my whole head and trimmed a little of my dead ends, couldn't trim my fringe since I was growing it out. Zav got his hair cut by Jim and dyed purple red too which is less purple than mine since our base color was different at first!


Call me biased but I'm so in love with Zav's new haircut and hair color! Loves how my hair color turns out too!

Zav's mama also praised that my new hair color was nice, oh yay! Happy day! #HungryForPraises #GianBng

And secret selfie while Zav was styling his hair! :D


Chatted with Zav whom sent me home till my door step at almost 2am, to help me carry the stuffs that mom asked me to buy. Thank you B! ^_^

Had Zav with me last Wednesday while I run my errands. So thankful to have him to help me lug the big bag of stuffs all around especially when it's his very rare off days on weekdays!

Zav even treated waffles at Createaf Waffles for our brunch at The Cathay at around 1pm after finishing all my errands! ^-^ Woots!


Shared a Blueberry Lemon Waffle with Strawberry Yoghurt and Macadamia Ice cream! All my favourite stuffs in one, love it! :D

Went back my home to put down the stuffs and chill a little while before heading to Bukit Panjang Plaza at about 5pm because I wanted to shop at Daiso!

Always get to spend whenever I'm at Daiso because some of the stuffs are really cute! Hehe, went to Kopitiam for our early dinner aftermath!


Shared a beef bowl from Yoshinoya and Teriyaki Chicken from Pepper Lunch which I didn't take a picture of! >_<

Went back home after that with a cup of very shiok Mango drink from the basement and my favourite sweet potato fries and fried chicken! How to not be fat when we are together?



And KFC at 9pm wtf! Luckily we only shared a Bandito Ultimate Box which is quite alot since we weren't hungry, just itchy mouths! :S


Even got a box of ice cream back home to eat, buey tahan the way we eat!

Zav went back home at around 11pm+, what a full of food Wednesday for us! It's all about food when it comes to us! >_<


Went to Real Salon (Blk 515 Bedok North Avenue 2, #01-207) to dye my hair the next day, Thursday! It's been almost 2 months since I last dyed it and the black roots are super horrendous!

Stayed at the salon from 1pm till 5pm+ for my new green hair! Top part is Matt brown and bottom part is ash green which Jim mixed! Didn't even say what color I want, just asked Jim to decide for me! Super trust him with my hair! Also had my fringe trimmed!

Reached home at almost 7pm because it was raining so heavily and distance home is so damn far but still worth it to get rid of my black roots!

Camwhore at home because I super love it when my hair doesn't go haywire, the kind when it's nicely blown so must take pictures!



Overall, I'm in love with my new hair color! Woots and my mom like it too! ^_^


Met up with Ee Eng last Friday! It's been about 2 years or so since we last met up and hang out!

Had Sushi Express for lunch at 313 but I prefer the outlet at City Link, feel that the food standard is better at the City Link outlets!

Nonetheless, we still had a filling lunch!

Had a total of 13 plates and total bill was $22.95! Very affordable, I would say!

Walk awhile after eating to find a DBS ATM because I had to withdraw money!

Head over to Honey Creme and so surprised because we didn't had to queue for long, like less than 10minutes from ordering till collecting our ice cream! Lucky! ^_^

Here's what we had!



We ordered the Organic Cotton Candy Affogato ($6.20) and Honey Comb ($5.90)!

The ice cream was good, rich and milky! Not overly sweet, I could eat it on its own without topping! Both were not bad but I like the Affogato one more! I think overall it's worth the money because if the portion were too much, very easy to get sick of it so I think it's just right but I wouldn't queue hours for it though!

Head over to FEP after that to accompany Ee Eng to shop for her stuffs before we sat down to chat and took some pictures after so long!



Went off at around 3+ and went to Northpoint to takeaway some food before heading to Zav's house at 4+! Chatted with his mama for an hour plus because I didn't want to wake the sick boy up! Seriously behaving like my house!

Had dinner which Mama Soo cooked and Zav sent me home around 11pm because I had FH event the next day early morning!
